We asked Barbara to write about one of the highlights of her job- client care.

Client Care is, by definition, “The support you offer your clients that helps them have an easy and enjoyable experience.” It is an important part of the promise we make to our clients, along with empathy, patience, and communication.

We, as the Greenwich Valley Vet team, strive to give the best Client Care possible. You entrust your pets to us, and we take that job very seriously. We may not be perfect, but we listen to our clients and work to correct any issues that may come up, thereby restoring confidence and comfort in the relationship. We practice proactive listening, so that our clients are heard. We value your comments, and look at it as a critique. We cannot get better at what we do without your input.
